Resumen Este trabajo consiste en hacer una comparativa entre la estrategia desarrollada por los ejércitos romano y cartaginés durante la Segunda Guerra Púnica, centrándonos en las figuras de Publio Cornelio Escipión y Aníbal Barca. Para ello se hablará de las diferentes tácticas y estrategias utilizadas por ambos contendientes, que irán desde la disponibilidad y uso de la tecnología, hasta las decisiones políticas tomadas tanto a nivel interno como externo. Con todo ello tendremos una visión comparativa del desarrollo del conflicto a nivel principalmente militar. Summary This work consists in to make a comparison between the strategy developed by both Roman and Carthaginian armies during the Second Punic War, focusing on Publius Cornelius Scipio and Hannibal Barca. For this reason, this work will explain the different tactics and strategies utilised by the strugglers, from their technology availability and its utilisation, to the political decisions taken both in an internal and external tier. Hence, we will have a comparative view for the conflict development in a mainly military level
