Abstract

W opracowaniu prezentowane są następujące zagadnienia: 1) tradycyjne (statutowe) ujęcie funkcji rady nadzorczej w spółce akcyjnej oraz 2) zmodyfikowane niekodeksowe koncepcje funkcji rady nadzorczej we współczesnych przedsiębiorstwach z wykorzystaniem teorii agencji, teorii stewarda oraz koncepcji E.
