Brukarmedverkan och projektledning - Om samverkan i det tidiga skedet

Abstract

The participant who perhaps should have the greatest impact in problem: the planning process of a building are the ones who are going to use it – the users. It is those who will spend time in and take part of the building’s functionality and architecture. However, it is unclear to what extent the user has the opportunity to influence the planning of a building. Every new project needs a common goal for the entire organisation. The interaction between the participants means a lot to achieve a successful outcome. In order to best clarify the roles of a project, it is necessary that the purchaser, and the future user, in the early stage are able to contribute with their knowledge of the business. This is to get a, between the purchaser and other stakeholders, shared understanding of what is to be achieved. It is therefore of interest to study how the interactions work, from idea to procurement, and determine what can be improved within the project management in this phase. Purpose: To investigate if there is a possibility to improve and render the project management concerning user participation, as well as the ability to generate the purchaser and the user’s requirements and wishes through cooperation in the early stage
