The study contains a characterization of forest communities of the
Puszcza Mariańska reserve, taking into account their antropogenous deformations.
5 associations and 4 subassociations were distinguished: Circaeo-Alnetum, Tilio-
Carpinetum corydaletosum, T-C calamagrostietosum. Querco-Pinetum typicum, Q-P
molinietosum, Leucobryo-Pinetum, Molinio-Pinetum. 7 degeneration forms were specified,
of these 6 for Tilio-Carpinetum calamagrostietosum and 1 for Querco-Pinetum.
A map of actual vegetation (1 : 5000) was prepared, which displays the natural and
