СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ АРАБСКОЙ ЖУРНАЛИСТИКИ ЛИВАНА ВО ВТОРОЙ ПОЛОВИНЕ XIX В.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the beginning of the process of the Arab press activation in Lebanon in the second half of the XIX century, when the country was an integral part of the Ottoman Empire. The author considers both the role of the activity of the first Lebanese newspapers and magazines, as well as their influence on the neighboring Arab countries. It is concluded that the formation of the periodical press of Lebanon, which was one of the manifestations of the awakening of the Arab social and political thought - “nahda” (renaissance), had a significant influence on the development of the Arab journalism.Статья посвящена анализу начала процесса активизации арабской прессы Ливана во второй половине XIX в., когда страна являлась составной частью Османской империи. Автор рассматривает как роль деятельности первых ливанских газет и журналов, так и их влияние на соседние с Ливаном арабские государства. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что становление периодической печати Ливана, явившееся одним из проявлений пробуждения арабской общественно-политической мысли - «нахды» (возрождения), - имело значительное влияние на развитие арабской журналистики
