The article is devoted to the problem of studying the evolution of the institutional organization of modern institutions of higher education in the Republic of Belarus in the conditions of digitalization of society. The author considered the main factors of evolution of the university 3.0 model through the prism of maturation of qualitative changes in the educational space in conditions of high dynamics of integration of information and communication technologies and the latest innovative technical solutions into the educational space.Статья посвящена проблеме изучения процесса эволюции институциональной организации современных учреждений высшего образования в Республике Беларусь в условиях цифровизации общества.
