Bio-Aesthetic Management of Complicated Crown Fracture -A Case Report

Abstract

Coronal fractures of permanent maxillary anterior teeth are the most frequent type of dental injury. Dentists are often confronted with managing dental trauma and restoring fractured teeth. One of the options for managing coronal tooth fractures when the tooth fragment is available and there is no or minimal violation of the biological width is the reattachment of the dental fragment. The development and use of fiber-reinforced posts have made the reattachment of the crown aesthetically possible. This article presents with a case report of restoration of fractured maxillary lateral incisor using direct fiber-reinforced post system
