Abstract
本发明公开了一种快速步进图像辊激光雕刻系统及雕刻方法,表面位于聚焦透镜焦平面上的辊恒速旋转,激光偏转聚焦装置沿着辊轴向恒速平移,通过偏转总成的偏转电机周期性的快速正转与慢速反转,使光脉冲经聚焦透镜汇聚在辊面上的轨迹是一系列密排的圆。本发明提高了光束的移动速度,缩短了光束的关光时间,从而实现了图像辊的快速步进激光雕刻。本发明在保证精度的同时提高了激光雕刻的加工效率
