Such modification allows creating metals with new properties, including, for use in extreme service conditions, for the aerospace industry, etc. Introduction to liquid metal of nanodimensional particles is accompanied by great difficulties. Particles have poor wettability with liquid; having a big surface energy these nanoparticles coagulate, forming agglomerates. The liquid metal containing such agglomerates can be considered as the three-level hierarchical structure (metal, agglomerates, particles) needing in studying both in fundamental and in practical terms. For introduction of nanodimensional particles to a melt an oscillatory processing with different frequency – from subsound and vibration to ultrasonic – is used. Meanwhile it isn't always possible to reach necessary effect – reduction of crystal grain, crushing of agglomerates, and uniform distribution of particles in volume of metal.   The purpose of this work is to consider possible mechanisms of destruction of agglomerates and reduction of grain, to suggest the mathematical description of the processes accompanying acoustic processing of the melt with particles, in order to define the optimum modes of such processing. Mechanisms of destruction of the growing crystals and agglomerates of particles in metall melt at low-frequency vibration processing during solidification are suggested: turbulence and cavitation. Expressions for thresholds of turbulence and cavitation at low-frequency processing are found. As it has been established in numerous experiments, there is an optimum frequency of vibration with which the best microstructure of casting was obtained. In this work this phenomenon is explained and expressions for determination of optimum frequency and amplitude of oscillatory processing are obtained. Calculations of these optimal parameters for various metals are carried out. As a result of parametrical research of the mathematical model of ultrasonic destruction of agglomerates of particles in metal it is established that the mode of the strong cavitation at ultrasonic processing promotes imbibition of agglomerates by liquid metal, effective wettability and introduction of particles to the metal melt. The resonant phenomena promoting positive changes in the melt are discussed. Possible mechanisms of destruction of the growing crystals at high-frequency processing of a metal melt are considered, including: destruction of a crystal in the front of an acoustic wave, destruction of crystals by the oscillating solid particle. Necessary time of ultrasonic processing of the metal melt containing particles is proportional to viscosity of the melt, to specific surface of powder and the size of agglomerates; in inverse proportion to intensity of ultrasound. Destruction of agglomerates of particles requires intensity of ultrasound, inversely proportional to a square of radius of agglomerates. 1. The suggested formulas allow estimating intensity, frequency and time of the acoustic processing necessary for successful introduction of particles to the metal melt.   ПЕРКОЛЯЦИОННАЯ МОДЕЛЬ МНОГООЧАГОВОГО ГЕНЕЗИСА  СТРУКТУРЫ МАТЕРИАЛА  Выровой В.Н.1, Герега А.Н.2, Суханов В.Г.1  1 Одесская государственная академия строительства и архитектуры, Одесса, Украина,  2 Одесская национальная академия пищевых технологий, Одесса, Украина  aherega@gmail.com   В начале доклада дан краткий обзор расчётных методов и модификаций перколяционных задач, предложенных различными авторами за последние, примерно, пятнадцать лет [1].  В развитие работ по теории ближайшей окрестности в перколяционных структурах [2, 3] разработана группа алгоритмов и получены первые результаты по компьютерному моделированию случайных решёток мультимасштабных «узлов», состоящих из перколяционных кластеров меньшего масштаба произвольной степени вложения по принципу матрёшки.  Многоочаговый механизм генезиса структуры материала предполагает образование кластеров с необходимым появлением иных элементов и новых поверхностей раздела. «Узлы» в модели – сложные перколяционные системы, для описания которых создана многоступенчатая градация оценки уровня свойств и возможности влияния на параметры системы большего масштаба. Это сделано, в том числе, и по аналогии с работами по моделированию перколяционных кластеров, состоящих из элементов различной степени упорядоченности [4].  В компьютерной модели заложена возможность формирования кластерных систем посредством генераторов случайных чисел с равномерным и нормальным распределениями. На процессы формирования структуры материала накладываются ограничения, имитирующие разные условия в различных асимптотиках. Существенным представляется вопрос о влиянии комбинаций этих ограничений на свойства кластеров бóльших масштабов.  Кластеры исследуется и по классической схеме, и по методике, разработанной для ближайшей окрестности [2, 3]. Расчёты проведены для двумерных решёток с трёхуровневыми вложениями. Помимо стандартного набора параметров перколяционных систем в работе рассчитаны степень упорядоченности и анизотропии кластеров, их лакунарность, индекс роста мощности, радиус гирации, а также первые три размерности спектра Реньи.  Отдельно исследуются свойства мультимасштабной системы перколяционных структур на введённых в [5] коврах Серпинского с гибридной разветвлённостью.  Литература: 1. Herega A.
