El presente informe monográfico denominado “Incidencia del Procedimiento General del Despacho Aduanero en el Régimen de Importación para el Consumo en el Perú” tiene como objetivo dar a conocer la normatividad del sistema nacional aduanero en las importaciones y el procedimiento de despacho aduanero, así como Analizar la incidencia del procedimiento del despacho aduanero en el régimen de Importación para el consumo.
Esta monografía contiene la normatividad y el procedimiento que existe en el despacho aduanero con respecto al Régimen de importación para el consumo, discusión con respecto al tema y sus respectivos anexos.
En el actual contexto comercial internacional, la aduana cumple el rol fundamental no solo en responder a los objetivos fijados por los gobiernos, sino que también en garantizar controles eficaces para asegurar los ingresos fiscales, el respecto de la legislación nacional, la seguridad y la protección de la sociedad.
