AUDITORÍA DIAGNÓSTICO PARA LA ALINEACIÓN DE UNA ORGANIZACIÓN MEDIANTE LA REVISIÓN DE LOS REQUERIMIENTOS DE LA NORMA ISO 9001:2015 (DIAGNOSTIC AUDIT FOR THE ALIGNMENT OF AN ORGANIZATION BY REVIEWING THE REQUIREMENTS OF ISO 9001: 2015)

Abstract

Resumen:Este artículo detalla un caso práctico donde se analizó el sistema de gestión de la calidad  (SGC) de una organización dedicada a la inyección de plásticos, donde a través de una auditoria diagnóstico, se permitió conocer cómo se encuentra su sistema. Se detectaron áreas de oportunidad, donde a su vez se proponen diversas mejoras, entre ellas la alineación de su política de calidad basada en los requerimientos de la norma ISO 9001:2015. Una de las principales ventajas de la alineación de la organización es que permite la trazabilidad de los resultados para la revisión por la dirección. Para la propuesta de mejora en su política de calidad se definen los objetivos a alcanzar mediante el Hoshin Kanri, el cual permite la integración de la organización, así como la medición cuantificable y el grado de cumplimiento de sus objetivos.Palabras claves: calidad, normas ISO, revisión por la dirección, alineación,  auditoria, Hoshin Kanri AbstractThis article details a practical case where the quality management system (QMS) of an organization dedicated to the injection of plastics was analyzed, where through a diagnostic audit; it was allowed to know how your system is.
