Abstract

Yüksek Lisans Tezi.YÖK Tez No:383635İnternetin çok geniş bir kitleye zaman ve mekân sınırı olmaksızın hitap etmesi ve web teknolojilerinin hızlı bir şekilde gelişmesi web sitelerinin önemini daha da artırmıştır. Geliştirilen web sitelerinin bir öğretim tasarım modelinin merkeze alınarak hazırlanması ilgili web ortamlarının daha sistematik bir şekilde geliştirilmesini sağlamaktadır. Web sitelerinin, başta hedef kitle olmak üzere tüm kullanıcı grupları tarafından ek bilgi gerektirmeksizin hızlı ve basit bir biçimde kullanılabilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu yüzden web sitelerinin yayınlanmadan önce kullanılabilirlik düzeylerinin "Kullanılabilirlik Test Yöntemleri" ile belirlenmesi gereklidir. Bu araştırma, kullanılabilirlik test yöntemlerinden olan deneysel yaklaşım ve tasarım rehberleri yaklaşımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, TÜBİTAK 113K302 numaralı proje kapsamında ADDIE modeli çerçevesinde bir çevrim içi örnek olay kütüphanesi tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma da ADDIE modeline göre geliştirilen web sitesi, hikâye tahtaları, akış şemaları ve içerik haritaları ile detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmıştır. Geliştirilen örnek olay kütüphanesi www.fatih2023.net alan adı altında yayınlanarak ilgili sayfanın kullanılabilirliği süreç-içi ve süreç-sonunda çeşitli yöntemlerle test edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları bir öğretim tasarım modeli çerçevesinde bir sistem tasarımının ürün gelişim sürecini kolaylaştırdığını ve işlevselliğini artırdığını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Ayrıca süreç içi ve süreç sonu kullanılabilirlik değerlendirmesinden elde edilen veriler, web sitesinin kullanılabilirliğinin artırılmasında önemli bir yere sahip olduğunu da ortaya çıkarmıştır. Süreç içi kullanılabilirlik değerlendirmesinde web sitesiyle yaşanan sorunların birçoğu süreç sonu değerlendirmede söz konusu olmamıştır. Süreç sonu kullanılabilirlik değerlendirmesi, web sitesinin genel anlamda kullanılabilir olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca, katılımcılar tarafından web sitesine ilişkin bazı öneriler de sunulmuştur.A very large number of the Internet users who have access to it without the limit of time and space and the developments in web technologies has quickly increased the importance of the web pages. Developing a web page based on an instructional design model helps to prepare these web environments from a more systematic way. The developed web pages should be available in a format that is quick and simple for all user groups without requiring any additional information. Therefore, before web pages are published, the usability of levels of web pages must determined by "Usability Testing Methods". This research study was carried out with the experimental approach which is one of usability testing methods and the approach of design guidelines. In this research, an online case library is designed based on the framework of ADDIE model with the support of the TUBITAK project (project number 113K302). The web page which was developed according to the ADDIE model of the web page is described in detail with storyboards, flowcharts and content maps. The usability of the developed case library published under the web address of ww.fatih2023.net is tested in the beginning and end of the process. The research findings show that the development of a system in the context of an instructional design model facilitates the design and functionalization of the product development process. In addition, in-process and end-process data obtained from a usability evaluation reveal that these two processes play an important part in improving the usability of web pages. Many problems experienced in the in-process web page usability evaluation have not been mentioned in the end-process evaluation.
