Catalytic Alkyne Arylation Using Traceless Directing Groups

Abstract

By using Pd0/Mandyphos, we achieved a three-component aminoarylation of alkynes to generate enamines, which are then hydrolyzed to either α-arylphenones or α,α-diarylketones.
