Second revised proposal for encoding the Manichaean script in the SMP of the UCS

Abstract

This is a proposal to encode the Manichaean script in the international character encoding standard Unicode. This script was published in Unicode Standard version 7.0 in June 2014. Manichaean was used by followers of the Manichaean religion, which was founded in 3c CE in Babylonia
