Abstract
本发明涉及一种拼接望远镜共相位控制装置及控制方法,其中,所述装置包括:拼接望远镜;第一分束器,其接收所述出射光线,并生成第一分光束和第二分光束;波前探测器,其探测所述第一分光束,并获得各所述拼接子镜传输路径上的系统像差数据以及波前畸变像差数据;第二分束器,其接收所述第二分光束,并生成第三分光束和第四分光束;平移误差探测器,其探测所述第三分光束,并采集各对所述拼接子镜之间的色散干涉条纹;以及与所述波前探测器、平移误差探测器以及分离可变形次镜的驱动器连接的波前控制器。本发明可以有效实现平移、倾斜及高阶像差的实时探测和补偿校正,与目前同类系统中的技术相比具有更好的准确性与实时性。
