Abstract
一种大型射电望远镜主反射面主动调整用电动执行器,包括箱体、蜗轮、蜗杆、智能步进电机、丝杠螺母、滚珠丝杠、缸导套、上导套、支撑板、支撑杆、塑料轴承、限位器、零位传感器、屏蔽盒和航空插座,智能步进电机与蜗杆相连,蜗轮与丝杠螺母相紧固,滚珠丝杠与缸导套通过花键联接,缸导套固定于箱体上,上导套与滚珠丝杠的上端紧固连接,支撑板与上导套固定连接,支撑杆与支撑板固定连接,塑料轴承夹置于缸导套与上导套之间且与上导套形成过盈配合,限位器固定于滚珠丝杠的下端,零位传感器固定在箱体上且能够与限位器接触,屏蔽盒固定于箱体上,航空插座与屏蔽盒相连。本发明定位精度高、功率重量比大、能承受侧向力、防水防尘、防电磁辐射、可靠性高,并具有无电源自锁功能
