本发明提供了一种采用全息法测量天线面精度的方法,包括:提供一参考天线和一单点频的信号源;分别接收来自信号源的信号并输入到相关机中实时解算接收的两路信号源信号的互相关相位差;提供一参考信号;分别接收所述参考信号并输入到相关机中实时解算接收的两路参考信号的互相关相位差;两路信号源信号的互相关相位差减去两路参考信号的互相关相位差得到一差分量;对差分量进行二维傅里叶逆变换从而获得被测天线的天线面精度分布。与常规的全息测量技术相比,采用这种提高相位准确性的方法,可以有效提高全息测量的精度,并且可以有效分离空间传播误差、接收系统误差。并且对于任何卫星信号都可以用于全息测量,提高了全息测量的工程实现性
