Abstract
La presente tesina de licenciatura se centra en la figura del compositor argentino José Lo Giúdice (1900-1971), y se propone como objetivos principales revalorizar su figura, su producción y su accionar como gestor cultural.
Se plantea una introducción que explicita objetivos, metodología y lineamientos generales del trabajo realizado, seguido de dos partes centrales vinculadas: una reconstrucción biográfica del autor, y una descripción y fichaje del archivo familiar, que contiene documentos de relevancia histórica tales como fotografías, partituras inéditas, escritos, recortes de diarios, entre otros.
La reconstrucción biográfica se realizó gracias al acceso a dichos documentos, la consulta
bibliográfica y el testimonio de informantes.
La descripción y fichaje del archivo de documentos, recopilados por el mismo compositor y su familia, se basa en criterios establecidos por la Norma Internacional de Archivística
ISAD (G), y permitió formalizar un fondo documental que quedará en disponibilidad para consulta. En el último capítulo se encuentran las conclusiones, donde se muestran los resultados y aportes de este trabajo, y se señalan asimismo nuevas líneas de investigación que este trabajo deja abiertas.The present bachelor's degree thesis focuses on the figure of the Argentine composer José Lo Giúdice (1900-1971), and its main aim is to revalue his role, his production and his job as a cultural manager.
The thesis has an introduction that explains the objectives, methodology and general guidelines of the work carried out, followedby two related central parts: a biography of the author, and a description and signing of the family archive, containing documents of historical relevance such as photographs, unpublished scores, writings, newspaper clippings, among others.
The biography was carried out thanks to the access to the aforementioned documents, the
bibliographical consultation and the informants’ testimony.
The description and signing of the archived documents, compiled by the same composer and his family, are based on the criteria established by the International standard of archival ISAD(G), which allows for a documental files to be built which will be available for later consultation. In the last chapter conclusions are stated, showing the results and contributions of the present research, and new lines of research are also indicated for future study.Fil: Lo Giúdice, Victoria.
