El régimen político argentino en la visión de la corte suprema de justicia de la nación. Diferencias con el constitucionalismo norteamericano. John jay (1863-1880) El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar cómo perfila la Corte Suprema a nuestro régimen político y, en particular, al federalismo, receptando las doctrinas constitucionales de John Jay, primer presidente de la Corte Suprema de los Estados Unidos (1790-1800), y apartándose del constitucionalismo norteamericano.
