El contenido de este texto expone los resultados obtenidos de una investigación con enfoque cualitativo, donde se desarrollan una serie de fases que permiten dar cumplimiento con los propósitos de cada una de las actividades diseñadas.
Desde la inmersión en la población seleccionada para tal fin y por medio de la observación participante, se logra identificar que las relaciones sociales entre un grupo de menores de edad se dificultan a raíz de la diversidad cultural de los niños y las niñas seleccionados, ya que proceden de varias regiones del territorio colombiano y algunos conservan su acento, sus costumbres y cultura; lo que genera burlas de sus pares llegando a la exclusión hasta de los juegos.
Por otra parte, y teniendo en cuenta que el arte hace parte de la cultura, se diseñan actividades de arte plástica como el dibujo y la pintura con el fin de facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje de los participantes; al mismo tiempo se pretende incentivar la creatividad e imaginación, así como facilitar la expresión y lograr que plasmen a través de los dibujos y pinturas sus propias experiencias, sus recuerdos de sus ciudades natales los cuales conllevaran a identificar la diversidad cultural que se presenta en la sociedad y la importancia de fortalecer la identidad cultural y así lograr una sana convivencia dentro de la urbanización.This pedagogical proposal was born as a product of the development of the Diploma of practical deepening and pedagogical research as a degree option.
