registros de implementación, organizador gráfico, evidencias audiovisuales.Este proyecto de investigación sistematizada se enfoca en la necesidad de organización del tiempo que los niños y niñas en calidad de estudiantes que cursan el grado segundo de primaria, requieren para cumplir con sus deberes, lo que influye directamente en su desarrollo integral ya que pueden desempeñarse mejor en el entorno académico, familiar y social.
Se cuenta con 5 niños y niñas quienes durante un periodo de 4 meses participaron activamente y de manera presencial en las actividades de secuencias didácticas que la docente investigativa planeó y ejecutó en las instalaciones de Fundación Mundo Educativo y que se evidenciaron en fotografías, diario de campo, material didáctico realizado por ellos, registro de ejercicios resueltos y encuestas.
En la intencionalidad, el desarrollo y el análisis del proyecto investigativo se toma como referentes teóricos a Flórez, Vygotsky, Jiménez, Porlán, Sánchez y Piaget, entre otros. Quienes con su aporte de pensamientos, investigaciones previas y conceptos favorecieron la orientación, y el análisis final del proyecto; también se fundamenta en el enfoque cualitativo basado en el método de investigación- acción, participativa de Pinto Contreras donde el investigador fomenta el desarrollo de actividades que interconecten el pensamiento analítico, con vivencias diarias para lograr un aprendizaje significativo. Este aprendizaje no solo se genera en los estudiantes, sino también en el agente educador, quien tras una reflexión sistematizada interpreta el comportamiento, las necesidades y logros integrales que los niños y niñas en inicios de la primaria pueden tener y crea estrategias o herramientas que favorezcan los hábitos de estudio como el adecuado manejo del tiempo.
Teniendo en cuenta el proceso llevado a cabo y la información que se recolectó se puede determinar cómo fortaleza, la actitud, el compromiso, atención y colaboración tanto de los estudiantes, como de padres y del docente investigador ya que esto permitió lograr el objetivo de investigación, al igual que se reconoce las debilidades como la necesidad de programar alternativas de ayudas visuales y herramientas motivacionales para enfrentar falencias que se presentan en momentos de forma inesperada, se recomienda seguir con el interés investigativo ya que esto permite implementar procesos transformadores de sociedad.This systematized research project focuses on the need to organize the time that boys and girls, as students who attend the second grade of primary school, require to fulfill their duties, which directly influences their integral development since they can perform better in the academic, family and social environment.

Taking into account the process carried out and the information that was collected can be determined as strength, attitude, commitment, attention and collaboration of both students, parents and the research teacher, since this achieves the research objective As well as recognizing the weaknesses such as the need to program alternatives for visual aids and motivational tools to face shortcomings that appear at unexpected times, it is recommended to continue with the investigative interest and that this allows to implement transformative processes of society
