Análisis de la documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SGSST para la empresa BANCOMPARTIR, en la oficina de Garzón Huila para el año 2020 con respecto a los requerimientos de Bioseguridad originados por el Covid-19

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objeto el Análisis de la documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SGSST para la empresa BANCOMPARTIR, en la oficina de Garzón Huila para el año 2020 con respecto a los requerimientos de Bioseguridad originados por el Covid-19. Existe la necesidad de verificar la documentación e identificar las falencias que se encuentran en relación al protocolo de bioseguridad que se debe desarrollar debido a la emergencia sanitaria ocasionada por el virus letal del Covid – 19. Tomando como base el Convenio N° 155 Art 18 “Los empleadores deberán prever, cuando sea necesario, medidas para hacer frente a situaciones de urgencia y a accidentes, incluidos medios adecuados para la administración de primeros auxilios.” La empresa BANCOMPARTIR sede Garzón, Huila, debe ofrecer y garantizar las medidas de prevención y protección a sus empleados, de manera permanente, para mitigar los efectos negativos en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo de pandemias como la de COVID-19.The purpose of this work is to analyze the documentation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System SGSST for the company BANCOMPARTIR, in the Garzón Huila office for the year 2020, about the Biosafety requirements originated by the Covid- 19. There is a need to verify the documentation and identify the shortcomings that are found in relation to the biosafety protocol that must be developed due to the health emergency caused by the lethal virus of Covid - 19. Based on Convention No. 155 Art 18 "Employers shall provide, when necessary, measures to deal with emergency situations and accidents, including adequate means for administering first aid."
