Este trabajo es dirigido a un rastreo documental que guíe las acciones que llevan a identificar la discriminación por orientación sexual de los estudiantes en las instituciones educativas; asimismo, la forma en cómo los Estados reconocen los derechos de la población vulnerable a la orientación sexual mediante leyes, sentencias y todo lo relacionado a la Constitución Política.This work is aimed at a documentary tracking that guides the actions that lead to identify discrimination based on sexual orientation of students in educational institutions; likewise, the way in which the States recognize the rights of the population vulnerable to sexual orientation through laws, sentences and everything related to the Political Constitution
