El presente proyecto aplicado pretende resaltar la importancia de diseñar e implementar manuales de procesos en las clínicas veterinarias, de manera que se establezcan métodos de trabajo normalizados, con funciones y responsabilidades específicas para cada puesto en la clínica, para que funcione ésta de manera ordenada y sistemática. El presente documento presenta el diseño de un manual de procesos y procedimientos para cada uno de los lineamientos de la veterinaria ZOOVET JK ubicada en el centro comercial el molino local 45 del municipio de Garzón, Huila. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva y analítica, permitiendo observar las principales debilidades tomadas como base en la elaboración y adaptación de los manuales dentro de la empresa.
