El presente proyecto Aplicado se orienta bajo aspectos metodológicos de la herramienta PMBOK, surge a partir de necesidades identificadas y manifestadas por entes gubernamentales como lo establece el Plan de Desarrollo “Casanare con paso firme 2016-2019” en donde se identifican potencialidades de la región en materia de implementación de proyectos productivos. La actividad agrícola es uno de los principales soportes de la economía en el Departamento de Casanare, prevaleciendo el cultivo de arroz esencialmente en los municipios de Aguazul y Yopal, entre otros productos agrícolas que varían dependiendo específicamente del municipio en el que tienen lugar. Inicialmente se adoptaron técnicas tradicionales para el auto-sostenimiento de la población campesina, para posteriormente participar en el mercado nacional, generando la necesidad de modificar las técnicas llevándolas a una modernización de la actividad agrícola, lo que infortunadamente ha dado lugar en muchos casos a la afectación de los ecosistemas.
El proyecto consta de cinco capítulos que abordan la formulación del problema técnico que incluye antecedentes, contextualización de la problemática, descripción del problema, posibles modalidades de solución cerrando con la sistematización a través del diagrama de árbol. El capítulo dos y tres expone la justificación del proyecto a partir de las fuentes primarias y secundarias consultadas, el planteamiento de los objetivos general y específicos. Finalmente, en los capítulos cuatro y cinco se evidencia el desarrollo del proyecto aplicado bajo el enfoque PMBOK, cerrando con los aspectos administrativos clave.The present Applied Project is guided by methodological aspects of the PMBOK tool, arising from needs identified and manifested by governmental entities as established in the "Casanare with Firm Step 2016-2019" Development Plan, where potentialities of the region are identified in matter of implementation of productive projects. The agricultural activity is one of the main supports of the economy in the Department of Casanare, prevailing rice cultivation essentially in the municipalities of Aguazul and Yopal, among other agricultural products that vary depending specifically on the municipality in which they take place. Initially, traditional techniques were adopted for the self-support of the peasant population, to subsequently participate in the national market, generating the need to modify the techniques leading to a modernization of agricultural activity, which unfortunately has led in many cases to the Affectation of ecosystems.
The project consists of five chapters that address the formulation of the technical problem that includes background, contextualization of the problem, description of the problem, possible solution modalities closing with the systematization through the tree diagram. Chapter two and three expose the justification of the project from the primary and secondary sources consulted, the approach of the general and specific objectives. Finally, chapters four and five show the development of the project applied under the PMBOK approach, closing with the key administrative aspects
