La Participación Ciudadana y Democracia Real en Colombia del Post Acuerdo debe ser una construcción ciudadana constante, para poder garantizar una paz duradera en el territorio nacional. La participación ciudadana como la democracia debe ser la expresión cotidiana de la libertad de pensamiento, libertad de organización política, de libertad religiosa, de garantía de los derechos consagrados en la constitución política, pero ante todo de la garantía de organización, y movilización pacífica de los colombianos.
Si bien existen en el papel en la constitución toda una serie de derechos, el primer derecho a garantizar por un estado democrático es el derecho a la vida , sin esto el resto de los derechos quedarían en el limbo. El Estado colombiano debe garantizar los derechos consagrados en la constitución y le ley en esta coyuntura del post- acuerdo , esencialmente en las zonas apartadas en las cuales se desarrolló el conflicto armado y evitar que los nuevos poderes locales , bandas armadas frenen la participación democrática de la ciudadaníaThe Citizen Participation and Real Democracy in Colombia of the Post Agreement must be a constant citizen construction, in order to guarantee a lasting peace in the national territory.
