Las políticas de mejora y modernización de las Administraciones Públicas constituyen un verdadero compromiso permanente para con los ciudadanos, que demandan una Administración capaz de atender eficazmente a sus necesidades. En este sentido, la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias no ha permanecido ajena a la introducción de programas de cambio que promueven prácticas gestoras orientadas a la consecución de mejores resultados.The politics of improvement and modernization of the Public Administrations constitute a true permanent commitment towards the citizens, that demand an Administration capable of attending effectively to their necessities. Therefore, the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands has been involved in the introduction of the plans of change that promote a public management orientated to the achievement of excellent results
