El Proyecto de identificación Biométrica de la Registraduria Nacional del Estado Civil se califica como prioritario dentro de las políticas de seguridad del Estado adoptadas por el Gobierno Nacional y tiene una alta incidencia en el proceso de identificación, en la democracia y en los diferentes eventos legales en que deba registrarse la situación civil de los colombianos.
Razón por la cual se pretende; Implementar el Uso del Sistema Biométrico, en el municipio de Enciso Santander, debido a que señala las necesidades de identificación de la población, para el cumplimiento del Estado Social de Derecho; y que por medio de, un diagnostico a través de encuestas diagnósticas, seguidamente de charlas pedagógicas en pro de la modernización, y la tecnificación, a través de la huella digital; una característica única, que diferencia un individuo de otro. Y un Blog con el fin de dar a conocer nuestra labor, y promover la importancia de este sistema; el cual disminuye en cierto grado costos, tiempo y hace más Eficientes los sistemas de Gestión en las Registradurias.The Biometric Identification Project of the National Registry of Civil Status is qualified as a priority within the State's security policies adopted by the National Government and has a high incidence in the identification process, in the democracy and in the different legal events in that the civil status of Colombians should be recorded.
Reason why it is intended; Implement the use of the Biometric System, in the municipality of Enciso Santander, because it indicates the needs of identification of the population, for the fulfillment of the Social State of Law; and that by means of, a diagnosis through diagnostic surveys, followed by pedagogical talks in favor of modernization, and technification, through the fingerprint; a unique feature, which differentiates one individual from another. And a Blog in order to publicize our work, and promote the importance of this system; which, to a certain degree, reduces costs, time and makes the Management Systems in the Registry more efficient
