El Himno Nacional como herramienta pedagógica, útil para fortalecimiento de la cultura ciudadana en estudiantes de Grado Octavo de la Institución Santa Teresita municipio de Acacias-Meta.

Abstract

En las instituciones educativas, existe en general una falta de respeto por los símbolos patrios ,entre ellos el Himno Nacional ,lo cual se evidencia en dos aspectos la no interpretación del mismo por parte de los estudiantes o su interpretación de forma irrespetuosa, es así como dentro de las propuestas que se encuentran en marcha en el presente año tanto en área de Ciencias Sociales como en el proyecto de Democracia se encuentra, realizar actividades que redunden en el reconocimiento del Himno Nacional, bandera y escudo como parte fundamental de la demostración de pertenencia como Colombianos, para ello se hará un estudio detallado de los mismos y una aplicación de su contenido al tema de Ciencias Sociales del grado octavo relacionado con la independencia hispanoamericana. Se parte inicialmente de identificar que representan para los estudiantes del grado octavo de la institución los símbolos patrios, que saben respecto a la cultura ciudadana, las competencias ciudadanas e identificar en forma básica la representación social que tienen los estudiantes de la nación, todo ello orientado a su vez a que ellos sean conscientes de que ser colombianos es mucho más que compartir un territorio. También se busca utilizar el Himno Nacional como herramienta pedagógica en el área de Ciencias sociales para fortalecer la cultura ciudadana en estudiantes de Grado Octavo de la Institución Educativa Santa Teresita-Municipio de Acacias (Meta) mediante el estudio de su letra dándole re significación mientras estudia el proceso de independencia hispanoamericana.
