The Pathology of Constructions has as its objective the study of origins, forms of manifestations, consequences and mechanisms of occurrences of faults as well as systems of degradation (SOUZA and RIPPER, 1998). And the quality of the execution of the work is closely linked (CÁNOVAS, 1988). This work aims to present a survey on the forms of manifestations, mechanisms of deterioration and typification of pathologies in non - armed structural masonry of a horizontal condominium with 5 years of use since its inauguration, helping all those who are interested in the repair and maintenance of anomalies. The correct evaluation of the manifestations is fundamental for the recovery and maintenance measures.A Patologia das Construções tem como objetivo o estudo das origens, formas de manifestações, consequências e mecanismos de ocorrências das falhas bem como os sistemas de degradação (SOUZA E RIPPER, 1998). E está intimamente ligada a qualidade da execução da obra (CÁNOVAS, 1988). Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um levantamento sobre as formas de manifestações, mecanismos de deterioração e tipificação das patologias em alvenaria estrutural não armada de um condomínio horizontal com 5 anos de uso desde sua inauguração, auxiliando a todos aquele que interessa no reparo e manutenção das anomalias.
