Abstract

El presente proyecto está denominado como Empresa Social Biosaludable de Paneleros – Coopanela el objetivo principal fue crear un modelo de negocio de emprendimiento social “Empresa social biosaludable de paneleros – COOPANELA” en el municipio de Convención, Norte de Santander, para dar solución a la problemática social y a la falta de empleo del sector. El proyecto social plantea la inversión en zonas vulnerables que permitan el desarrollo y sostenibilidad de la población. Se empleó la metodología por fases las cuales fueron: planeación, diseño y formulación, estrategia de mercado y marketing digital. Los resultados de la primera fase se identificaron problemática en la región de Convención (Norte de Santander), falta de oportunidades, crecimiento delictivo, pobreza. En la innovación social, creación de la Empresa Social biosaludable de paneleros – COOPANELA que generará empleos directos e indirectos. Para el Modelo Design Thinking empatiza realizando un auto-análisis para plantear posibles nuevas estrategias. Define los actores que intervienen en la conformación de la Empresa Social el recurso humano, agricultor, conductor, distribuidor, distribuidor al por menor, consumidor. En la idea negocio rentable y sostenible que beneficie a la sociedad de Convención (Norte de Santander), prototipo se escoge el producto. Durante la fase de Testea, se evolucionó la idea hasta convertirla en la solución que estábamos buscando.The present project is called the Paneleros Biosaludable Social Company - Coopanela.
