Abstract
Este trabajo pretende analizar brevemente las características del Derecho Comunitario en
relación con el Derecho Internacional Público. En él se pone de relieve que las características
pretendidamente específicas del Derecho Comunitario son también las del Derecho
Internacional, del que forma parte, todo ello en relación con la aplicabilidad general del
Derecho Internacional convencional en los Derechos internos.This essay tries to analyze briefly the characteristics of the European Community
Law in relation with International Law. In the same one is emphasized that the characteristics
proclaimed specific of the European Community Law are also those of International
Law, which it is a part, all this as regards the general applicability of the conventional
International Law in Domestic Laws
