Supply Chain Management y Logística en la Empresa “Ladrillera Gres de San Martín.”

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se aplica la herramienta “Modo Referencial en Logística” para caracterizar la Logística en la empresa “Ladrillera Gres de San Martín” escogida por el grupo de trabajo, la cual es una hipótesis de investigación sobre el estado de la Logística en una Red Adaptativa o Supply Chain; Analizando los sistemas logísticos de la entidad para el alcancen niveles de competitividad. El Supply Chain Management, es el método que gestiona óptimamente la cadena de suministro desde la llegada de la materia prima hasta que el producto terminado, llegue al cliente. Su objetivo es suministrar un bien con valor agregado al cliente, cumpliendo con los requerimientos del consumidor en el plazo determinado y al menor costo posible sin afectar la calidad del producto. El presente trabajo se desarrolla teniendo en cuenta los conocimientos adquiridos durante el curso, los cuales inicialmente son plasmados en la ladrillera Gres de San Martin, donde se analiza el nivel de cumplimiento del Modelo Referencial en Logística y cada uno de sus elementos, para posteriormente construir un conocimiento amplio y claro sobre Logística en una la red adaptativa, formulando estrategias en logística articuladas en Supply Chain Management y con la estrategia del negocio o de la industria, para formular planes de formación y capacitación en logística y, en general para tomar decisiones orientadas al mejoramiento de la competitividad de la empresa.
