Abstract
Oculopalatal myoclonus, more accurately described as oculopalatal tremor (OPT), consists of penduiar nystagmus with palatal tremor. OPT typically presents in a delayed fashion (median: ~10 months; range: 0 - 49 months) following an acute brainstem lesion.
