Abstract

This article presents an investigation about the matters that rules the inquiries on habeas corpus between the Second Kingdom and the First Republic in Brazil, and proposes a conceptual frame to characterize the constitutional though made by the Tribunal from the analysis of their decisions.Se presenta en este artículo una investigación acerca de las cuestiones que orientan las pesquisas sobre el habeas corpus entre el Segundo Reinado y la Primera República en Brasil, y se propone un cuadro conceptual para la caracterización del pensamiento constitucional elaborado por el tribunal a partir del análisis de sus decisiones
