Abstract
冲蚀磨损不仅会造成经济损失,而且存在巨大的安全隐患。一种高效、经济的保护方法是在工件表面涂覆有机防护材料。环氧树脂具有优异的性能,作为抗冲蚀磨损材料的应用潜力很大,但是应用的高要求和苛刻的服役环境迫切需要对环氧树脂进行改性来提高其抗冲蚀性能。系统总结了利用有机化合物改性环氧树脂和填料改性环氧树脂复合材料抗流体冲蚀磨损的研究进展;讨论了有机物改性环氧树脂复合材料的冲蚀行为,重点分析了不同特性的填料(填料尺寸、含量以及种类)增强环氧树脂复合材料在不同的冲蚀工况条件(冲击速度、冲击角度)下所表现的冲蚀特性;通过对目前抗冲蚀机理的总结与分析,指出环氧树脂抗冲蚀研究现存的问题并展望其未来发展趋势
