International audienceTwo groups of painted plaster were recently discovered in an urban context during an archaeological operation (2012) in the northern part of Metz. The first, dated from the second half of the 1st century AD is characterized by portions of panels collapsed on the floor of a house.The second group was found in a filling layer, dated between the end of the 2nd and the 3rd century AD. This corpus illustrates the evolution of wall decorations in those insulae of Divodurum.Deux ensembles d’enduits peints ont récemment été découverts en contexte urbain lors d’une opération archéologique (2012) dans le quartier du Pontiffroy à Metz. Le premier, daté de la seconde moitié du ier s. p.C., se caractérise par des portions de panneaux découverts en place. Lesecond correspond à des fragments mis au jour dans une couche de remblais, dont la datation se situe entre la fin du iie et le courant du iiie s. p.C. Ces deux lots permettent d’illustrer l’évolution des décors muraux dans ce quartier de Divodurum
