The work aimed to evaluate the edaphic mesofauna, in organic,integrated and mineral cultivation systems, in potato, soybean, bean andmaize crops. The experimental design was the randomized blocks, withportions of 100 m2 in each cultivated systems. The soil sample collectionwas submitted to the flotation process and after identification of theorganisms by microscope. The highest abundance of organisms of themesofauna was observed in the potato and maize crops. In the cultivatedorganic system the higher richness of organisms occurred in the potato,soybean and maize cultures, their the integrated systems, in the bean culture.The taxa with higher frequency were Acarina, Collembola, Hymenoptera,Coleoptera and Isoptera. Among the nematodes were founded, the genusMeloidogyne predominated in all cultivation systems and cultures.O trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a mesofauna edáfica, emsistemas de cultivo orgânico, integrado e mineral, nas culturas de batata,soja, feijão e milho. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi blocos aoacaso, com parcelas de 100 m2 em cada sistema de cultivo. As amostras desolo coletadas foram submetidas ao processo de flotação e posterior identificaçãodos organismos com auxílio de microscópio estereoscópico. Amaior abundância de organismos da mesofauna foi observada nas culturasde batata e milho. No sistema de cultivo orgânico, ocorreu maior riquezade organismos nas culturas de batata, soja e milho, do que no sistema integradona cultura do feijão. Os grupos com maior frequência foram Acarina,Collembola, Hymenoptera, Coleoptera e Isoptera. Entre os nematóidesencontrados, o gênero Meloidogyne predominou em todos os sistemas decultivo e culturas
