Abstract
U završnom radu prikazan je utjecaj djela nezakonitog ometanja na razvoj zaštitnih mjera, te cjelokupnog sustava zaštite. Djela nezakonitog ometanja i njihove posljedice uvelike utječu na promjene u sustavu zaštite i izmjene regulativa koje definiraju sustav zaštite. U radu su opisane i međunarodne i nacionalne organizacije u zaštiti zračnog prometa koje predstavljaju temelj sustava zaštite i koje su odgovorne za donošenje značajnih dokumenata vezanih uz zaštitu zračnog prometa. Svaka organizacija ima svoju ulogu u sustavu zaštite zračnog prometa kao što su donošenje regulatornih zahtjeva u zaštiti zračnog prometa, te kontrola kvalitete i održavanje visoke razine zaštite zračnog prometa. Proces upravljanja rizicima od djela nezakonitog ometanja i procjena prijetnji predstavljaju dva bitna procesa prilikom otkrivanja mogućih slabih točaka u sustavu zaštite zračnog prometa koje bi mogle biti mete terorističkih napada.In bachelor's thesis, development of security measures and the entire security system is shown. Acts of unlawful interference and their consequences are quite impactful on changes in aviation security system and changes on regulations which define the aviation security system. International and national aviation security organizations which represent the foundation of the security system and which are responsible for security legislation are also described. Every organization has its role in the aviation security system like implementation of regulatory requirements and security inspections as well as maintaining high level of aviation security. Risk management process for acts of unlawful interference and threat assessment represent the two most valuable processes upon detection of possible weak points in the aviation security system which could be targets of the terrorists
