PLANIRANJE RADNE SNAGE U SVRHU POVEĆANJA KONKURENTNOSTI POSLOVANJA U PODUZEĆU FERO-TERM d.o.o., DONJI STUPNIK : Završni rad

Abstract

Planiranje kadrova temelj je regrutacije i selekcije kadrova i mora se temeljiti na kontinuiranoj analizi kadrovske strukture, rezultata kadrova, stanja motivacije i ostvarenja ciljeva poduzeća kako bi se oblikovale strategije razvoja radne snage u poduzeću. Planiranje radne snage tj. kadrova poduzeća problematika je kojom se bavi ovaj rad i predstavlja polaznu točku regrutacije i selekcije u budućnosti poduzeća te je izvor informacija upravljanja postojećim kadrom u poduzeću. Predmet analize rada jesu procesi planiranja kadrova na primjeru poduzeća Fero-Term d.o.o. U radu smo koristili metode promatranja, komparativnu metodu te statističke metode kako bi se ispitao odnos pojedinih varijabli bitnih za planiranje radne snage, što je u biti osnova donošenja zaključaka i oblikovanja smjernica za unaprjeđenje procesa planiranja radne snage. Istraživanjem se došlo do zaključka da opći uvjeti poslovanja i zapošljavanja djelatnika u poduzeću izgledaju povoljno, uz pretežno dobro ocjenjivanje posebnih čimbenika i procedura zapošljavanja i napredovanja, sa dobrim potencijalom poduzeća i visokim prilikama za osiguranje konkurentnosti na domaćim i inozemnim tržištima.Personnel planning is the basis of recruitment and selection of personnel and must be based on a continuous analysis of the personnel structure, the results of the personnel, the state of motivation and the achievement of the goals of the company in order to formulate strategies for the development of a work saga in the company. Workforce planning ie. company personnel is a problem that this paper deals with, and is a starting point for recruitment and selection in the future of the company, and is a source of information for managing the existing personnel in the company. The subject of work analysis are personnel planning processes based on the example of the company Fero-Term d.o.o. In the paper we used observation methods, comparative method and statistical methods to examine the relationship of individual variables relevant to workforce planning, which is essentially the basis for drawing conclusions and formulating guidelines for improving the workforce planning process. The study concluded that the general conditions of business and employment of employees in the company appear favorable, with a predominantly good evaluation of the specific aspects and procedures of employment and promotion, with good potential of the company and high chances to ensure competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets
