Abstract
Ispitivanje tvrdoće najčešće je korišteno ispitivanje nekog mehaničkog svojstva, a koristi se pri projektiranju, analizi konstrukcija i razvoju materijala. Kako bi postojalo povjerenje u rezultate mjerenja tvrdoće, mora se održavati mjerna sljedivost mjerenja tvrdoće. Referentne se etalonske pločice tvrdoće za metodu Vickers upotrebljavaju upravo za osiguranje mjerne sljedivosti mjerenja tvrdoće, a njihovo se umjeravanje provodi sukladno normi HRN EN ISO 6507-3:2018. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisano je općenito mjerenje tvrdoće prema Vickersu, a sukladno navedenoj normi HRN EN ISO 6507-3:2018 objašnjeno je umjeravanje etalonskih pločica tvrdoće. Također, analizirane su razlike novog izdanja norme u odnosu na prethodno. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je umjeravanje etalonskih pločica za metodu Vickers, te je provedena procjena mjerne nesigurnosti umjeravanja.Hardness testing is the most commonly used test of a mechanical property, and is used in the design phase, analysis of construction parts and material development. In order to have trust in the results of the hardness measurements, the measurement traceability of the hardness measurements must be maintained. The reference hardness blocks for the Vickers method are used precisely to ensure the measurement traceability of hardness measurements, and their calibration is carried out in accordance with the standard HRN EN ISO 6507-3:2018. In the theoretical part of the paper, a general measurement of Vickers hardness is described, and the calibration of hardness reference blocks is explained in accordance with the stated standard HRN EN ISO 6507-3:2018. Also, the differences of the new edition of the standard from the previous one were analyzed. In the experimental part of the paper the calibration of hardness reference blocks was performed and the uncertainty of the mean hardness value of reference blocks was evaluated
