目的生物分子内和生物分子间的弱相互作用力关系着蛋白的折叠与去折叠、DNA的复制转录翻译、分子对接、酶催化等。探究生物分子的弱相互作用,有助于揭示生命现象的机制,深入了解生命本质。方法 太赫兹波的频率(0.1~10 THz)介于红外与微波之间,其光子能量与生物分子的低频振动(分子骨架的振动、转动等)以及弱相互作用(氢键、范德华力等)的能量水平有很大的交界。因此,太赫兹波谱能够直接反映生物分子的低频运动,这些运动直接关系着分子的空间构象以及相应的化学性质和生物功能。结果 利用太赫兹波谱,研究了肿瘤标记
