Abstract
受电弓是安装于机车车顶上、从接触网获取电能的电气设备。获取受电弓的整体结构特性,对于受电弓结构优化、弓网受流性能提升及高速列车运营安全具有重大意义。本文使用Abaqus有限元分析软件对某型受电弓进行仿真分析,研究了受电弓的静态结构特性与有/无预应力条件下的动力结构特性。于受电弓上臂杆交叉管处施加300N横向集中力,得到整弓偏离中心面的最大位移小于20mm,该型号受电弓横向刚度满足国际电工委员会标准;于弓头滑板处施加静态接触力,分析受电弓的应力集中情况,发现应力最大值在安全范围内;在受力/不受力的边界条件下,对受电弓进行模态分析,研究其共振频率与对应振型,有/无预应力条件下的前10阶频率均在小于50Hz的低频范围内(包含了弓网接触力的主要频率范围),可通过优化受电弓结构调整其共振频率,进而改善受电弓实际运行的弓网接触力稳定性
