Celem pracy było przedstawienie roli terapii poznawczo-behawioralnej (CBT) w leczeniu choroby afektywnej
dwubiegunowej. Zaprezentowano w niej skrótowy opis podejścia poznawczego, a następnie przedstawiono
zasady terapii w nurcie poznawczo-behawioralnym. Na zakończenie dokonano przeglądu piśmiennictwa dotyczącego
skuteczności CBT w leczeniu CHAD.The aim of this monograph was to present cognitive-behavioral conception of treatment of bipolar disorder.
Short description of cognitive model of this disorder was presented and next basic rules of cognitive-behavioral
treatment conception of bipolar disorder was suggested. Finally a short research on effectiveness of this kind of
treatment was presented
