A 72 year-old male patientwas admitted to our hospital complaining of worse-ning exertional dyspnoea and orthopnoea (NYHA III)over a period of almost a month. The diagnosis was confirmed bybiopsy during cardiac catheterization. Echocardio-graphy and cardiac magnetic resonance  evaluatedthe tumor size, attachments and mobility and esti-mated the option of surgical resection of the mass.These tumors are often asymptomatic until ad-vanced, and even then can produce non-specificsymptoms and mimic other pathology [2].AcknowledgementsThe authors do not report any conflict of inte-rest regarding this work.References1.
