Abstract
This paper addresses the issue of "new technologies", ie essentially biotechnologies and nanotechnologies. Refute will be two opposing views. The first (in general technophile), considers that every technique is morally good: but its use is susceptible to moral evaluation. The second (usually technophobic), sees the new technologies such transgressions of the natural order that has the right to oppose on principle to these technical operations and scientific investigations that make them possible.Este texto trata da questão das "novas tecnologias", ou seja, essencialmente das biotecnologias e das nanotecnologias. Refutar-se-ão dois pontos de vista opostos. O primeiro (em geral, tecnofilo) considera que toda tecnica é moralmente boa: só o seu uso é suscetível de avaliação moral. O segundo (em geral, tecnofóbico) vê nas novas tecnologias transgressões de tal ordem natural que se tem o direito a opor-se por princípio a essas operações técnicas e às pesquisas científicas que as tornam possíveis
