Abstract
Este artigo trata do aparecimento da figura do historiador entre os antigos gregos, os quais, mais do que a história, inventaram o historiador. Procura mostrar como essa historiografia se desenvolveu em estreita relação com a epopéia, especialmente a Odisséia.The purpose of this article is to discuss the origin of the Historian by the Ancient Greeks who, more than inventing History invented the figure of the Historian. Its main focus is the relationship between historiography and epics considering especially the Odissey
