生体の運動制御因子の解析システム安 藤 浩 司*・勝 倉 由 樹**。杉 山  勉**Analysis on Control SysteHl of Ⅳ笙 vement in OrganismHiroshi ANDO,Yuki KATSUKURA and Tsutomu SuGIYAMAAbstractNervous systenl in planula larva of rFllブ,′♂θ″′?力 7)?ゲ″,オα c nsists of about 100 neuronscontaining either LヽVanlide or RFanュide neuropeptides  To kno、Ar the roles of these neurons,effects of LヽVanlides and RFanlides on planula movement were exanained  Planulae in a dish■ligrate to、ハrard light  This process ttras exa■lined by capturing images of Hligrating planulathrough a 3CCD camera into a computer at regularinterval,and later analyzing the images usingNIH Images  Vヽe found that planula migration had alternating phases of active rnigration andno ■ligration  LWVaHュides at relatively lottr concentrations accelerated■ligration by makingactive phase longer and inactive phase shorter  ln contrast, RFa11lides niade active phaseshorter and inactive phase longer  These observations suggest that LWanlides and RFanlidesMアork antagonistically to each other in regulating phototaxisr【θy porrrs: Hydractinia echinata,LWVamide,RFamide1.  は じ め に生体において,最も生き生きとしている特徴の 1つに,初期発生においてほぼ均等な発生卵から様々な形 と機能を持った胚が形成される過程である形態形成過程 (自己組織化過程)が挙げられる。この形態形成研究におけるモデル系となっている再生力の強い腔腸動物 ヒドラは,初期発生過程のみならず再生過程においても,形態形成が見られる。形態形成過程では,細胞の分化・移動や神経ネットワークの形成等の動的過程が重要な役割を果たしている。このヒドラと近縁の海産カイウミヒドラ (Hydractiniaechinata)は,毎朝ほぼ一定時刻に産卵し,受精卵は約 1.5日間活発に細胞分裂をくり返 し,約3日でプラヌラ幼生 となる。プラヌラ幼生は外部から変態誘導囚子の作用を受け,ポリプ成体平成 13年12月21日受理オシステム情報工学科 。講師率ホ石巻専修大学理工学部生物生産工学科へと変態 (metamorphosis)し,群体を形成する。この過程を図1に示す。群体は,個々 のポリプ (polyp)と,各ポリプ間を接続している走根(stolon)により構成されている。各ポリプは,独立して餌を捕って消化・吸収を行い,栄養を組織に供給する。この変態過程においては,プラヌラ幼生が,様々 な自律的な運動をしていることが観測されており,その中でも特徴的な逗Effect on developmentMetamorphosisinduction一 挺―?polyp1      2            5     6      7 daysMetamorphosis図1 カイウミヒドラの変態過程-357-
