永久磁石界磁式直流モータの有限要素法による磁束密度分布の解析木 村 昭 穂ホTheふ/1agnetic Flux Density Distribution analysisin a Permanent Magnetic Field DCふ/10tOrby the Finite Element NIethOdAkio KIMuRAAbstractThe magnetic llux density distribution Of a small―s zed mOtor rel ting tO cOmmutatorposition can be calculated numerica■y by the linite element method  The analysis shoMIs thenowing path of the magnetic nux in the coHlmutator position and the magnetic nux densitydistribution in the air gap and in the mOtOr under the load current changeThis、、アOrk contributes tO making clear the torque variation and the revolution nuctuationwhich are the defects of the permanent rnagnetic lield DC motor  The theoretical study on therelation bet郡′een the analytical results and the parameters of the mOtOr equivalent circuit,andthe experirnental examination are necessary as further investigatiOn1. まえが き水久磁石界磁式直流モータは,電流励磁の界磁極を永久磁石に置換えた,他励磁方式の小型直流モーがである。此の永久磁石界磁式直流モータは,(1)構造が簡単で小型化 し易い,(2)界磁巻線がないことより,界磁損失がない,(3)電力消費が小さいなどの点より効率が高い,(4)回転方向の転換が,電路の切換えで済み,正逆転が容易である,(5)調速機により負荷の大小とか電圧の変化に関係なく回転数を一定に保つことが出来る,などの利点を有している。このような理由よりその用途は広 く,テープレコーダ, レコードブレイヤー,電気カミソリ,計浪」器,記録装置,玩具に用いる小駆動源として利用されている。最近,応用装置の小型化,高性能化に伴って,昭和59年10月30日受理ホ 電気工学科助手トルクむらや回転速度むらの極めて小さい精密小型モータが要求されている。この トルクむらや回転むらは,磁石と電機子間の磁気抵抗の変化によるものである。永久礎石界磁式直流モータは,整流子の回転位置によって電機子巻線の電流分布が異なることや,小型であることより磁石と電機子間の空隙部の磁束密度の測定が困難である。そこで有限要素法を用いて整流子の回転位置による,永久磁石界磁式直流モータ内の磁束分布および,ギャンブ部の法線方向の磁束密度分布を明らかにした。2.電磁界の解析永久磁石界磁式直流モーがは,主として永久磁石と巻線が鉄心内にある部分の電磁界現象によって支配される。そこで,有限要素法を用いてモータ断面全域の電磁界を数値計算する。―- 30 -―
