Abstract

Recently, Japanese unofficial employment rate is becoming high. Moreover, pay for performance systems establish an explicit link between compensation and work quality or to the realization of specific goals that are agreed upon by the organization and an employee in Japan. On the other hand, Strategic Information Network System(SINS)is a system to manage information and assist in strategic decision making. A strategic information system has been defined as, "The information system to support or change enterprise\u27s strategy."
